Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my appointment?

No deposits are required when booking your treatments, including cosmetic tattooing and specialised facials. We trust our clients to attend their reserved times.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the opening to someone on our waitlist.

What happens if I am running late?

If you are running late by 20 minutes or more, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Cosmetic tattoo and skincare procedures require precise timing and cannot be rushed.

What is the policy for missed appointments or no-shows?

No-shows without any communication will be required to pay a $50 deposit when booking their next appointment. This deposit will be credited directly towards your treatment cost on the day.

Can I bring children or guests with me?

To maintain a safe, sterile, and relaxing atmosphere, we ask that you attend your appointment alone. No extra guests or children are permitted in the treatment room.

How should I prepare my skin before my appointment?

Please ensure all makeup is thoroughly removed before you arrive. If you are having a lash line tattoo, please remove false eyelashes and contact lenses prior to your treatment.

What if I feel unwell or have a skin issue?

Please do not attend your appointment if you are sick or feeling unwell. For your safety and hygiene, we reserve the right to refuse service if there are any visible signs of infection, cold sores, or open wounds on the treatment area.
